In a large bowl, break two eggs and whisk them thoroughly till you see foam on top now; add all the chopped and cut vegetables ( onions, green chilies, capsicum), then add salt as per taste ground black pepper powder, and chaat masala. The batter is ready.

Method

  1. Take a flat tava or pan, put it on the stove, add about one tablespoon of oil and let the oil heat.
  2. Tip- you can toast the two slices of bread on the Tava by applying butter to the bread before adding oil (it is simpler).
  3. When the oil is heated, pour the egg batter onto the pan and spread it all over it by rotating the pan.
  4. After about two minutes, when the omelet starts turning golden brown. Place the two bread slices on top of the omelet and wrap the bread with the sides of the omelet with the help of a spatula. Then flip the whole thing and let it cook for another two minutes on medium flame.
  5. The bread omelet is ready to be consumed.
  6. It is a super easy dish, and you can have it as breakfast. If you want, you can pack it and take it to your office to be eaten as lunch. If you have kids, you can give this dish to them in their lunchbox.
